Propolis Syrup with Elderberry & Honey is a delicious and soothing way to support your immune system. Peppermint oil helps clear congestion. Extracts of licorice, thyme and ginger have all been known to sooth sore throats, reduce inflammation and provide immune support.

Give your morning routine a boost with pure Pollen Granules. Add pour them on your porridge, sprinkle them on your smoothies. Bee pollen is high in vitamins A and B as well as protein and fibre.

Propolis Syrup: Multifloral Honey, Vegetable glycerine, Elderberry Tincture (Sambucus nigra fructus), Licorice Root Tincture (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Propolis extract, Thyme Herb Tincture (Thymus vulgaris), Ginger Root Tincture (Zingiber officinale), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita). Propolis Throat Spray: Aqua, Multifloral Honey, Water Soluble Propolis Liquid, Sodium Benzoate, Polysorbate 80, Carbopol 974, Menthol Crystals, Aniseed Oil, Eucalyptus Oil and Fennel Oil. Pollen Granules: Pure Pollen Granules.

Propolis is produced by honey bees. It has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Honey

Star Anise

Star Anise has a licorice flavour and contains chemical compounds which are naturally antiviral.

Eucalyptus

Fennel has a high concentration of anti-inflammatory compounds and helps combat free radicals.

Elderberry

Eldeberry is a dark fruit which has been shown to inhibit bacterial growth. It's high in antioxidants too!

Ginger is anti-inflammatory and its warming flavour means it has been widely used as a cold remedy.

How to take

Propolis & Honey Throat Spray

Spray into the appropriate area as required.

Store in a cool place. Shake well before use. Discontinue if an allergic reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used internally.

Propolis Syrup

Shake well before use

Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Children over 3 years: Take 5ml (1 spoonful) as required.

Adults: Take 10ml (2 spoonful) as required.

Do not exceed more than 5 servings in a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

People allergic to bee products should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Pregnant women should consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

Pollen Granules

May be eaten on its own or added to food – particularly good on breakfast cereals or muesli.
